Eugene Sarich (Director) has more than 40 years experience in the New South Wales planning system and can provide the necessary expertise in a wide variety of development types. While in local government, Eugene worked for South Sydney Council, Drummoyne Council (now Canada Bay), Ku-ring-gai Council, Burwood Council and Hunters Hill Council. Most of his experience was gained at senior management level. Eugene has qualifications in town planning, building surveying and local government management allowing better insights into the workings of local government. As of December 2017, Eugene has been appointed as an independent expert member on the NSW Local Planning Panels. As of 1 March 2018, Eugene has been appointed to serve on the Local Planning Panels for Lane Cove Council and the City of Ryde. As of July 2022, Eugene has retired but may undertake the following on request:- - Expert witness in planning appeals, - Local and regional planning panel work statewide, - Pre-purchase opinions limited to the Ku-ring-gai local government area. |
